Refund policy

Lola & Co gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Lola & Co E-Gift Card) within 10 days from the date your order shipped. ON SALE ITEMS are not illegible for exchange or return. 

Return for an exchange:

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Return for store credit:

Return must be postmarked within 10 business days of delivery. We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Any additional postage purchased is non refundable. Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery. Store Credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order. Returns postmarked after the 10 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.
