Shipping Policy

Standard shipping orders take 1-2 business days to be processed and packaged before being shipped out.

Shipping is the charge for lola-co.com order processing, item selection, packaging, transport, and handling. Special requests, including specification of carrier and/or future delivery dates, may include additional charges.

Delivery times are not guaranteed, notwithstanding additional costs, but are our best approximation and vary with specific requests, such as monogramming. Shipments and deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping is subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

We offer Free Shipping on orders over $100 within the continental United States (excluding APO address).

* Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. Standard Shipping within the continental United States is $10.


* Orders placed after noon (C.T.) Friday will be processed Monday. Shipping charges and times may vary by merchandise. A signature may be required, and there may be additional charges if more than one delivery attempt is required. This service is not available for some zip codes.

How long does shipping take?

US Postal Service Guarantees

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order, and we cannot be held liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS). We will NOT refund additional shipping charges if USPS fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to make sure that they enter the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times; hence, there is a minimal time gap to cancel/change your order or change its address. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change; however, we cannot guarantee that we will do so.

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly before contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.

All our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

RETURNS

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free. Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact. If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery date.

Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping. Shoes returned using the shoe box as the shipping box, or shoes returned without their original shoe box are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $5 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the shoes).

Additionally, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Final Sale items will not be accepted for return. Final sale items meet one of the following criteria:

Intimates (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), face masks, and jewelry, hats and beanies. Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale, & gift cards.

Please note: Items will be shown as final sale when they are put in your cart and will also show up as final sale on the receipt included with your order.

Exchange/Return Policy?

Lola & Co gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Lola & Co E-Gift Card) within 10 days from the date your order shipped. 

Return for an exchange:

We cannot provide exchanges or holds due to limited inventory. If an exchange is needed we encourage the customer to place a new order for the item(s) needed and return the other item(s).

Return for store credit:

Return must be postmarked within 10 business days of delivery. We do not issue prepaid return labels. You are responsible for the return costs. Any additional postage purchased is non refundable. Please include your name and order number on the package for smooth processing. We strongly recommend that you insure your return and get proof of delivery in case your package gets lost in transit. Please allow 2 business days for your return to be processed after delivery. Store Credit will be emailed to the email associated with the order. Returns postmarked after the 10 business days of delivery will be rejected. An invoice will be sent to your email for the return shipping costs.

When mailing a return:

Please ensure your items are securely packaged! We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged during their return to our warehouse! Please provide either the original receipt or include a piece of paper with your name and order number in the package. Send returns to the following address:

Returns are processed within 2 business days of receipt and you will be e-mailed when we process your return! Returns that do not meet our eligibility requirements are subject to a restocking fee (this restocking fee can vary from $3 up to $25 depending on original purchase price of the item or items).

When will I receive my Store Credit Refund?

2-3 days once you receive your email indicating your return has been processed, you can expect to receive your Lola & Co E-Gift Card sent to your email address on file.
